Problem updating lisings

Hi

Channels which get their updates from BBC Backstage have not been updating for a few days now. Channels which get updated from Radio Times data are fine. Any ideas what might be wrong?

The channels affected are BBC3 and BBC4. As all the other channels I use, including the other BBC channels comes from Radio Times, can i change the data source of BBC3 and BBC4 to Radio Times?

the BBC Backstage Dataservice makes sometimes trouble. Try it later, then it works.

How can i use Radio Times for BBC3 and BBC4? I know Radio Times have this data, as it's on their website.

Hi there,

you have to look into the channels list. There are two BBC3 and 4, I think. The popup windows shows you what dataservice it is.

The channels list is under the settings -> channels table -> channel list.

yes, i understood this. But can i change the dataservice for a channel?

BBC Data has not been downloading for a week now. I really want to use RadioTimes for BBC3 and BBC4. As i said before i know RadioTimes has this data.

You can add the channels in the settings to your channellist. The BBC channels are displayed twice there, once from BBC, once from Radiotimes.
