I have been using TV Browser for several years. Current config is Mac 10.7.2 with latest Java. TVB Version 3.01 started getting no data from Schedules Direct after 1/1/12 so I decided to try TVB 3.1. Same result. SchedulesDirect account is paid up and has TV-Browser selected as program. TVB program attempts to fetch data but gets error:

So, I deleted all TVBrower versions and application support library file containing plug-in and TVData folders.
I restarted installation from DMG file, got same result - no data. Yet the plugin download remembers my SchedulesDirect password and the TVB favorites plugin remembers names in my Favorites list and my list of channel settings.
So I seems I am not deleting the entire package.
Questions: Are there any know TVB problems fetching SchedulesDirect data that occurred over the 2011 to 2012 date change? The SchedulesDirect forum indicates no problems there.
How do I delete the entire TVB package so I can be sure I am getting a clean install?
What do you suggest to further diagnose or repair this problem?
Thank you.

First try to reinstall. The settings are in the home directory: http://enwiki.tvbrowser.org/index.php/Home_directory

Re: TVB problems after Jan 1 2012
I found and deleted both the Applications Support and Preferences for TVB. Then I reinstalled TVB 3.1. I specified channels, SchedulesDirect (only plugin) and attempted an update - still no data.
I went to SchedulesDirect web site and deleted my existing lineup and reestablished a new lineup. I checked the raw data output from SchedulesDirect and it was about 350 pages or 15,000+ lines of data (as seen by the Mac editor).
Still no data observed in TVB. Looking for advice. Thank you.

Re: TVB problems after Jan 1 2012
I can't test Schedules Direct, but I uploaded an update of the plugin. Maybe this helps.

Yes, this was the solution. I am now running with SchedulesDirect plugin 3.0.3.1 and TVB again recognizes the 2012 data. Thank you for your help. Problem solved.
