Tv browser will not seach other only program

Of course can i this software but, ds10 thinks i can not use this software, watch the pictures i send with so u understand i can this, Somtime will not TV-Browser search actor and i take that preferences see pictures, i wait half hour and then this software will search again, Now i will you take serious me and start working please, If you dont care about me or start working with this bug, i comes to report tvbrowser.org not serious web place to mywot.com. Please work.
