Ich hab ein bisschen versucht die Daten von Ned1-3 zu bekommen.

Leider wird dies nicht möglich sein.

Diese Antwort hab ich in nl.media.tv erhalten:
Hi Bodo,

the system in the Netherlands is very different from that in other countries and has to do with the way it started out in the far past. It is a bit complicated to explain now, but in essence the 3 public networks are shared by many (about 20) different broadcasters (called 'omroepen'). The amount of networktime they are allowed is determined on the basis of their membership. In the past people chose to become member of the broadcaster that was closest to his/her social/religious background (catholic, protestant, socialist). Members received a TV-guide as a sign of their membership and these contained the programming schedules for the three public networks.

Since the new commercial networks started (without membership) and also since modern citizens do not feel themselves easily partitioned in any of the old categories, the system is becoming a bit absurd of course. The governments intention is to abolish this awkward regulation but in the usual dutch government fashion only half-witted compromises are made up that make the situation even worse.

Your encounter with this strange phenomenon is not the first; several newspapers tried to publish the schedules and were forbidden to do so at first. It seems now a judge has ruled that the schedules are owned by the 'omroepen'. Also, recently your competitor M$ introduced their Media Monster and proudly announced the included programming schedules, but had to make an exception for the 3 Dutch public channels, because they were not allowed to publish beyond 2 or 3 days.

I never realised that this ridiculous system could lead to a clash with OpenSource viewpoints. You might consider contacting the Dutch OpenSource community about it, they may have legal insights on this. To my feeling the schedules ought to be open, since they are payed for by all taxpayers already. I think they will be free in a few years, when digital technology finally reaches our political leaders.

Ursa..
Naja, andere Länder andere sitten...
