Hi all,

Since about a week or so I'm also encountering problems with updating BBC listings (1-4 and Entertainment). I have tried both, BBC Backstage and Radio Times.

Any idea what is happening?

The only thing you can do at the moment is to try more often. Hopefully they will fix it someday.

I tried for two weeks to update! ^^ But not everyday, I suppose ever 2nd or 3rd day.
I was only successful once, could be one of the dates you've given.
All the other times it was not possible to get any information from RT.

DId you try for 2 weeks to update the data or did you try to update data for 2 weeks?
For me updates were successfull on 23th, 20th, 17th, 13th this month, according to the file dates in the TVB directories. So it works sometimes.

Please read the discussion. There is nothing we or you could do, it's up to Radio Times. But if you try to update twice a day, Radio Times usually should be up often enough so that you won't run out of data.

Hello!
Is there still anyone facing problems with the Radio Times data?
I've been trying to update them for two weeks and it's simply not possible to get any data.
No error report from TV browser!
It seems to download them right now (the status at the bottom) but one still does not get any TV data!
Does anyone know how to go on?
I've already updated my Java engine, re-installed the TV browser application and the RT plugin.

BBC Radio 3 and BBC News Channel - UK.

News is now OK but Radio 3 shows only 1 day at a time.

Seems like Radio Times is off again no updates to be found

Of which country's channels are you speaking? These doesn't seem to be Radiotimes channels.

Just updated to RC1 Transportable (so copied files across) and all of my channels were showing except News 24 and R3. Added those two, updated and News 24 is OK but R3 was still blank.
Tried updating 'Up to tomorrow' and got R3 so tried full update again but still only tomorrow appearing.
