If you are outside of Germany, Austria or Switzerland you won't be able to install the app from Google Play. You still can download it from the download page and install it manually.

Just went to google play to get app only to be told it is not available for my phone.

I have Galaxy Note GT-N7000 with Android 4.1.2

Any reason why?

I had the betas and they worked i have uninstalled them as directed.
