project build fails since tvb-541

Since the file tvbrowser.nsi was changed from r5593 to r5621 (see tvb-541), building fails for me on Windows using Eclipse (version 3.2.1 as well as 3.3.1.1).
The console log ends with:
[exec] Function: "CheckMultipleInstance"
[exec] Invalid command: System::Call
[exec] Error in script "deployment/win/installer\tvbrowser.nsi" on line 128 -- aborting creation process
I assume, the application "makensis.exe" which is at r5589 needs to be updated as well.
